If you are looking for personal tax management, DoneTax handles property income and DoneSE handles self-employment.

Your monthly or annual subscription covers the platform itself. Each active client seat costs an additional £1.99 per month. You only pay for clients you have added. Remove a client at any time and billing stops immediately. There is no minimum client count.

No. You connect your HMRC Agent Services Account once via secure OAuth 2.0. After that, adding clients is instant using their National Insurance Number. HMRC authorisation flows automatically through your agent credentials for every client you manage.

Yes. DoneTax+ handles both income types in a single dashboard. Landlord clients connect through DoneTax and sole traders through DoneSE. Both feed into your DoneTax+ command centre through the Cartridge Model.

Each quarter of data for each client is a cartridge. Your client logs their income and expenses in their own app throughout the quarter. When the quarter closes, you receive a completed cartridge in DoneTax+, review it, approve it, and submit directly to HMRC. No chasing. No manual data entry. No back and forth.

Never. Clients use DoneTax or DoneSE on their own devices. DoneTax+ is your platform only. Clients enter a practice code when they sign up and from that point you are connected. They never see your dashboard.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256. Servers are UK-based. The platform is fully GDPR compliant and registered with the ICO. We never store or see your HMRC credentials. Your agent OAuth token is held in encrypted session storage only.

Your clients use DoneTax for property income or DoneSE for self-employment income - both at £4.99 per month. They connect to your practice by entering your practice code when they sign up. From that point their quarterly data flows automatically into your DoneTax+ dashboard. No spreadsheets, no emails, no manual re-entry on your end.

DoneTax+ connects directly to HMRC's official Agent Services Account API via OAuth 2.0. All three DoneLabs products - DoneTax, DoneSE, and DoneTax+ - are built on the official HMRC MTD ITSA API. HMRC production approval is in progress. We are not yet live for real submissions but everything is built, tested, and proven end-to-end with HMRC.
